GENEROSITY on every level. While passing through the region, we had lunch with friends. A very kind welcome. The buffet offers a selection of quality products. Special mention goes to the rillettes. The main and dessert portions are generous. Homemade fries 👍. Thank you, we had a wonderful meal.

Super characteristic restaurant in the French hinterland, guys a real show, you eat a lot and well, the advantage is given by the buffet of appetizers that has many delicacies and among these there are cheeses (for me the goat's cheese is superlative). Then there is a single dish, dessert, coffee, wine and cider already on the table, all for € 15.00, but a sign was clear and from 1 September 2024, it goes to € 16.90 / person / fixed menu. The place is also sensational, it seems retro and despite this, clean. If we are in the area again, we will definitely return.

A local experience, a small restaurant where you can eat well for a bargain price. You'll find regulars and tourists, but above all, the staff is friendly and engaging. So yes, the presentation of the dishes isn't the best, but frankly, that's not why we're here. The dishes are excellent and the portions generous. Always a warm welcome, very good value for money, lots of choice in self-service and unlimited entry. I highly recommend calling to reserve... When you feel good there, you come back, and gladly for me.

Friendly restaurant in a very pretty village! The owners are very kind. The dishes are very good and plentiful!

We stop by for coffee in the morning; we love the atmosphere and the authenticity of the place. We'll have to come and eat there one day; we'll have a blast...

Very warm welcome. Home-style cooking. Self-service starters and cheese. 1 bottle of cider, 1 bottle of wine, and 1 bottle of water per table. Starter/daily specials/cheese/dessert/coffee, all for the ridiculously low price of 15 euros! Don't invite anyone over, come to Pissot. Only open for lunch by reservation (to ensure a seat). Attendance: mainly seniors, but open to all.

The start of a getaway in Touraine, and before leaving Sarthe on the border, we stopped in Vouvray to discover this authentic and friendly family restaurant. A warm welcome A lunch menu with an exceptional roadside rate and simple, authentic traditional cuisine, just like at home... A soup that's much appreciated in this winter cold... Regulars at the bar... That's life... No fuss, no fuss... It's so good.

Very warm welcome, very good menu and good value for money. The meal starts with a buffet of varied cold starters and choices for all tastes. For the classic dishes, varied and well-made, the tastes are there and the quantities too. Then a small cheese buffet and dessert of your choice. Everything is accompanied by red wine or cider. And to top it all off, a loyalty offer with a free meal. In short, an address not to be missed if you are looking for traditional bistro cuisine for a more than reasonable budget. In short, I recommend it.

Sensational is the right word. I got lost in the right place! Thank you, boss, thank you for your kindness and the passion that drives you. Traditional cuisine, old-fashioned service... In the end, I think it would be better if the crowd didn't know you. Keep it up. It's perfect.
